We started doing fruit and vegetable powders to get healthy foods into our kids without getting caught. And to be honest, we needed help with eating better also!
We bought our freeze drier in 2020 and experimented with various foods and candies. Since then, we’ve turned our focus towards fruit and vegetable powders to add a nutritional boost to everyday foods. Also, after seeing the sugar levels in purchased smoothies, we decided to make our own, healthier versions.
