All powders come in a conveniently packed mylar bag, which contains 5 Tablespoons. For best practice, once the mylar bag has been opened, powder should be transferred into a glass canning jar for storage.
If you prefer your powder to come in a mason jar, please let me know when you order; there is an extra fee for the jar.

IMPORTANT:
When adding to food, do not open container over cooking food, as moisture can get in and shorten it’s shelf life.

I put the date that the smoothies were packaged, but properly freeze-dried foods have a max shelf-life of 25 years.
Please reach out to me if you have a suggestion of a veggie or fruit powder you would like to try or if you want something I don’t have.
