Ingredients: Banana, Apple, Kiwi, and Pineapple

Recommended Directions:
Add milk, pour contents of packet, your preferred sweetener (or not), then ice and blend.
All smoothies can be boosted with protein powder, collagen powder, peanut butter, etc. Just know that with more ingredients you may need to increase the amount of milk specified.

Any milks (dairy or non-dairy) will work.
“Sweetener” can be any sugar, brown sugar, honey, or any other sweetener.
